Steve,

Yes, you can connect your 30 mA and 60 mA NSTs in parallel to
increase the output current to 90 mA, so long as they are both
rated -at- the same voltage (12 kV in your case). Remember, you
CAN'T hook them up in series to add there voltages, as virtually
all NSTs are sec. mid-point grounded.
