4 inch coil help

First let me say Merry Christmas to all.

I have completed my 4" coil
http://users2.ev1-dot-net/~nmyreality/tesla/4inch/4inch.html

and the maximum spark I can get from it is 36".  With a 15/60 I think it 
should do better, any suggestions?
