Cheap and dirty?  Mount the tubes on long screws so's ya can bend them into
position!  Not great, but quick.  Also just wiggle your drill bit on a
horizontal axis, and you can "english" most of a slut.  I meant slot...  The
combo allows plenty of adjustment, depending on your base material.
