Hi Jason,  Sounds good to me.  Going to try your idea very soon.    I
will check the 'before' and 'after  (with out soap, and then with soap)
on my old magic eye cap meter to see if the soap does indeed increase the
total capacitance.  I think it will work based on what you are saying!  
This may become a 'poor' mans dream cap.!   'Thanks, AL.
