Hi All,
    I have had many requests for the article by Malcolm.  I tried sending
the first page to the first 8 requests but 4 failed clogging up my e-mail
and having to get onto my ISP to clean it up.  The format was in jpg 300dpi
356 gray scale.  Just one page was 2Mb+ but this seems way to big still.

Because of the large number of requests I am looking at a more suitable
method of getting it out and will provide details when available.
