[TCML] Round disks of insulating material

For building up some small TCs, I'm looking for ideas on off-the-shelf disks, say, 18" in diameter, made of an insulator that can tolerate drilling holes or gluing. For the base of the TC and for a primary support (I'm thinking of stacking them with sparkgap and caps below).

squares the same size would be ok. I've looked at things like plastic cutting boards.

Plywood or masonite circles are available, and would work as a base, but probably not right for the primary support (HV contact)

I've see serving trays of plastic, but they're black, and I'm leery of black plastic for HV.
