And then what of the safety gap ground connection? The whole idea of the
safety gap is to prevent overvoltages from getting to the NST. If a 20kV
over-voltage happens on one rail and the safety gap takes it to a ground
point also attached to the NST, does it not risk over-voltage to the NST?
