Hello Jeremiah,

The only transparent plastics that I am aware of are thermoplastic. They will soften or melt under high heat. There is glass but that has its own problems, primarily with strength.

On the discoloration of the spark gap, what would I be looking at in the
specs of plastics to help combat that? I want to make everything pretty
