Hey thanks Steve. I was able to get it to work using the very same procedure but only after using a different set of models for the MOSFETS. It is actually based on your early SSTC designs and that has been invaluable! I am still trying to track down a decent (fast/simple) IGBT model so if you have any suggestions that would be very helpful. It doesn't have to be a direct part for part model just something that will be suitable for helping me learn (spice first then a simple driver on breadboard). If that doesn't work, send me a link the the fairchild library and i'll try it myself and report back.
