If the work is truly plagiarized, and the original author can demonstrate
copyright, it is very easy to get a cease and desist notice. If the
original author has not yet done so, he/she should IMMEDIATELY file the
document with the copyright office - This is not difficult, it only costs
about $35, and if done, it allows you to have a prima-facie case for which
liability is readily assessed. Please go read the regulations - don't waste
your time here, there are specific, very powerful legal remedies for
copyright infringement

I left a review on one of the amazon sellers to this effect.
Perhaps it would be worth, having others leave some negative feedback on the
various amazon re sellers of this book.
Might dissuade people from purchase via amazon at least.

It has come to my attention that Mark Bean apparently has 100% plagiarized
my original work "The Tesla Coil Book" and has been published by Integrity
Research Institute (iRI)
iRI has been served with a Cease and Desist demand letter and has 'promised'
to comply, however, never hurts to spread the word around.
The work was copied in it's entirety - text, graphics AND photos.
The infringed title is "Understanding Tesla Coils and Beyond" by Mark Bean.
Please notify everyone to NOT purchase this book and spread the word around.
If anyone wants a copy of MY work (legal!), they can contact me at
gently_warped@xxxxxxxxx as I self-publish the work myself. I will even sign
it. ;)
