[TCML] LC Meter

I've recently bought a new LC meter and just to be sure I'm using it  
right where would you hook the two leads on the primary and secondary  
to get accurate readings.

If I'm not mistaken Ed Phillips posted about it a while back, how do  
you hook yours up?
