Hi DC,

I think the members here are asking valid questions and hope you can 
respond to them. Other concerns come up with caps sales in the past to 
members and I'm wondering if it would be helpful if you could also state 
your return policy for these caps in the event they arrived damaged, not 
to spec, etc.. I think this would be very helpful to new coilers as well 
as many long time members on the TCML.
