[TCML] Frequencies

I finished the soldering on the circuit and held a white LED between the battery and the end of the 100 ohm resistor. It lit brightly. I didn't see any flashing because I think the frequency is too high. It did work though. Nothing heated up. Nothing caught fire. The magic smoke didn't escape.

My next stage will be to put an IR emitter and a green LED in series with the 100ohm resistor.
