I would like to help and I hope I'm not violating etiquette or rules here. If so, I humbly apologize.

I have (48) used Cornell Debillier .15uF 2000V caps that are in good shape. The leads are not cut off short and I have tested all of them. They all came from a couple of deconstructed MMC's. If anyone is interested, I can let them go for less than 1/2 of new. I also have (20) .003uF 35kV metal film caps that are new. Contact me off list, if you are interested.

Your mica capacitor is only rated at .001uF ........ unfortunately, not very
useful for small NST-powered spark-gap Tesla coil.

I think what Mike needs to do first is to determine why the capacitors in
his MMC are failing.
