The other book is the Eimac "Care and Feeding of Power Grid Tubes" which is available on the CPI website. Google for it.
TT-5 is in copyright still (1962), but someone might have gotten permission to put it online. Some googling for RCA-TT-5.pdf or similar filenames might turn it up.
