- I *assumed* the diodes to block the *free* exchange of energy,
which is a precondition for resonant rise. Obviously I need to have a
look into my text books again.
65 H and 162,5 nF resonate at 50 Hz which is exactly the local
frequency of the mains. I should measure the inductance of the
secondary winding of this MOT also.
Are there any means of protecting the secondary winding of the MOT?
Spark gap?

- Is the factor always "three times"?
