  I pull the inner plate off, set the whole thing in an old cast aluminum
pan over one of those single element electric cooking hot plates from
Wallmart.  Use a variac to control heat as it can get too hot.  Them pour
the tar out being real carefull of the wires.  Then I set it in diesel fuel
to rid most of the tar off the core. A simple bracket bolts to the
lamination core to mount it in a capacitor case.
