[TCML] SISG DOPE?

   After paying no attention to all the notes on the subject I've 
suddently decided I'd like to try one with my little TC, which has "the 
works" inside a box which needs opening often to clean the cylinder 
gap.  Need maybe 3 kV breakdown and capacitor is only 0.004 ufd so peak 
current won't be too high.  Where is the appropriate information archived?
