Ed,

The prototype ran up to 130kVA and made 55' arcs. This version is MUCH more 
robust. We got the frames for the SRSGs a few days ago. They are about eight 
feet long and four feet high and made of square steel tubing. They weight 
about 800lbs each and will hold the massive 20HP Baldor three phase motors.

The motors, controllers and frames are in the Signal Hill shop. The tungsten 
company just shipped our custom electrodes and Bill Wysock and Jim Shaffer 
are almost finished with all the mechanicals. I'll have photos of some of 
the parts on our blog by this weekend.
