Hi Peter.
     I would be pretty ticked too, but if I don't have something to work on 
whilst I am stuck up here at school (in the single most boring neighborhood 
in the world) I am going to go nuts!!!  Besides, I was planning to build a 
tube coil, so there won't be "as much" noise (both auditory and RF), and I 
could run it outside on the balcony.  I will build a cage before I start 
tinkering though.  And yes, I will tell my neighbors, so that they will 
complain to me first so I can stop, not the landlords!
