spark channel resistance

Given all the work that has been done here on modeling spark channels
electrically, do we have any consensus on the resistance of real
world Tesla streamer channels?  I would assume the resistance per
unit length varies widely with power level.  Anyone?

Perhaps this has already been discussed and I missed it, in which
case I apologize in advance.
