Below are alternative parts to Fairchild Semiconductor SGH1N40N60 (TO3P)
Induction Heating Grade IGBT's, which have become extremely scarce
(for sale or sample).

Both of these parts are stocked at Digikey, are NOT "vapourware", and 
the prices are very reasonable even on <10 count.

Fairchild Semiconductor FGA40N60UFDTU 600V, 40A(25C),
            20A (100C), 220W. TO3P w/ hi spd CO-PACK diode
