I am getting ready to mount my secondary to the base and I have a
quick question:
What I plan to do is this plug the end of the 4" PVC that my
secondary is wound on with a 4" plug but before I do this I will
drill a hole in the center of the plug for a 3/8" stud. This is for
two reasons 1) I can use the stud to mount to the base plus 2) I can
use this for a terminal to attach the ground and magnet wire.
I also plan to use this same method for mounting of the toroid.
Do you see any problem with this mounting?
Thanks,
Dirk
