can't we use google earth to achieve this? maybe with a specific 
keyword in the description of the places we add, like 
"-COILEROFPUPMAN-" or something else equally obscure.. then anyone 
who wanted to be known, could be, and anyone else, could decline. the 
end result would be a world map of coilers with a decent UI to boot - 
accessible from anywhere you can connect to the 'net.
