Justin: Building a coil is easy, but resorces is yout first quest. That
requires more effort. Find a power transformer of over 4,000 volts ac. A
15kv neon sign transformer is ideal. An assembly of 4 micro wave oven
transformers will do. With that you can procede. first things first.
