Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but, NST are center grounded. :-/
Even if you did somehow remove the grounds, at 18KV I sure carbon tracking 
would begin in the "insulating" tar.

Can anyone tell me how to connect two 6kv nst's together to get 12kv and
then a way to put in a 3rd one I have 3 they are all 6kv/30ma and I would
