According to Antonio's Inca program a 130mm (5") x 380mm (15") toroidal
ring with a flat plate in the centre has a total capacitance of
22.0385092562 pF.
Without the flat plate this drops to: 21.9997926390 pF.
A difference of 0.0387 pF, i.e. next to no difference.
