You need approx 90 mils of PP to withstand a typical NST.  Best to use
several layers of PP, ie, 20 mils each layer.  You would have to use a small
vacuum to pull out the air bubbles (sealed container).   Just don't overdue
it or you wish crush your container.

Or, you could save all this work and just use MMC type caps --- only $3 per
cap and they work great.  No messy oil to work with.
