Component Recycling: Database required?

Hi All

Further to my recent post on recyling TV components and the salvaging 
microwave oven posts that crop up every second month or so, I wonder 
whether it is worth my while setting up an online database for such 
things.  Fields could include:

Type of item
Where to find them
Salvagable components
Dissassembly tips
Safety warnings
Notes on disposal of remainder
Reader comments on original post

I would set this up so that anyone could post.

'On Topic' would be HV, vacuum, general electronics.

Please let me know your thoughts off-list rather than inundating Terry ;-)

If I get sufficient interest, I will "make it so".
