As others have suggested, driving around on trash day and searching
always works for finding MOTs, although usually your collection grows
pretty slowly.

If you need some MOTs quick, I suggest you go into your local appliance
repair shop with a picture of your TC and see if you can beg a few off
them.  Many times these places will stock old used transformers that
might have been on their shelf for the past several years that they're
more than willing to get rid of.  I think I have acquired 10 or 12
transformers this way in a matter of days - including 4 identical MOTs
destined for my Six-Pack supply :)
