Look for a Vbelt pulley or a chain sprocket with the right shaft size and
screw/bolt it to the wheel.
What about the shaft and hub used to hold buffing and grinding wheels?
A drill chuck backwards (they have a threaded end, which you run through
your wheel and tighten the bolt on) and you clamp the chuck on your motor
shaft.
