Just had to see, most "free" transformer oil I find turns out to be free
PCB's. If you ever happen to be in the Mobile, Al "Bay Area" I'll certainly
take it.
Funny thing, I'm looking at getting 3 pole pig type xformers(2600 VAC out,
planning on using them for cores for welders) and all 3 contain oil with
PCB's in them. They are only 1/3 of the way full now. From what I have heard
the pole they were mounted on 60 years ago had no grass growing around it in
a 5 foot radius....
