I just ran a multi-step simulation, varying C3, the electrode
capacitance, from 5p to 8p.  The "coil" worked every time but the peak HV
declined from 300 KV with 5p to 200 KV with 8p.  So it does keep
self-tuning for differing environments without readjusting the primary
capacitances.  Nice!
