Aloha Chris,

I can't answer your question has yet I am not fully sure what is tesla 
magnifier versus the usual Tesla coil using 2 coils.

We are building an application that will broadcast EM energy in a room or 
applied locally via handheld probes. It will turn a high pressure gas tube. 
That's why the Tesla coil. Meanwhile I am quite new w/ Tesla tech. and I 
want to make sure we are not going to built something unsafe. So I am 
learning as much as I can to work w/ the right supplier.
