           IIRC the lowest ranges of these meters is:

	27XT	55LCR	L/C Meter II-B
C	2000pF	200pf	20pF
L	2000uH	200uH	20uH

the "L/C Meter II-B" from <www.aade-dot-com> is the best thing I've found for
TC work.
