Meredith Instruments has 2000 pF, 40kV TDK caps on sale at 4/$29
(See www.mi-lasers/echocart/default.php ). They're not as cheap as some
you might find if you closely monitor the Ebay auctions, but the 40 kV
caps don't show up there very often (they're normally in the range of
10-30kV in my experience).

www.rfparts-dot-com has some standard bypass ceramic caps rated up to about
10kV. Ebay usually has a bunch of ceramic doorknob type capacitors.
Also if you check Cornell Dubilier website, they have distributors for
some of their ceramic capacitors on the website. What values are you
looking for in particular??
