At the stove/spa store I worked at, we bent sections of pvc pipe to build 
jetted bathtubs.  We had an oven that would take about 30" long pieces of 
pipe.  It was just an insulated box with the guts from an oven in it and 
some racks.

We cut them to length to fit between the jets, then heated them in the oven 
until soft enough to bend (wearing gloves, of course) and install for a 
nice rigid pipe system.  I don't remember the exact temp, maybe about 315 
degress.  If the pvc starts to brown, it's too hot!  The largest I used to 
bend was maybe 3in pvc, but you could try 4" and up.  If you do it in 
sections, you can use the kitchen oven to do this.  If it cools before it's 
perfect, just reheat and bend some more.
