IGBT people... I need help please ...

Hi all...

Im still working on the IGBT power supply and have so far reduced my known 
resources of IGBT controllers/ drivers to zero....

NTE  doesnt seem to have any cross references to the IR2112 or IR2110 chip 
( drivers)  the UC3860 controller chip cant be found either...

does anyone here on the list know of a supplier that carries these chips or 
something comparable??

I need a PWM chip that can be adjusted ( main Hz  30-50KHz ) and also able 
to control the pulse width on time during the main pulse...


any help will be appreciated
