	You need to define what you mean by a "pulse wave".  The output of the
TC consists of a series of damped sinusoids, repeated at the spark
rate.  Do you consider that to be a pulse wave?

	Since these damped waves are repeated at the spark rate (which may, of
course, not be at a constant frequency) the output signal does indeed
contain modulation sidebands (not harmonics) at that rate.  The spectrum
is pretty much hash if any streamers are present and the presence of the
sidebands may or may not be detectable.
