Hi, well my methods not too much different from yours. I made a jig out of
plywood and 2x4's, i used some threaded rod to hold the secondary coil form
on and a cordless drill to wind the coil. It helps to have another person to
control the drill. Sometime I plan on building a new one with a variable
speed motor rotating the rod. My friend has a picture of it on his website
