The volt/amp is a power rating like the watt. The 9/60 can put out 540 watt.
the 12/30 can put out 360 watt, so if you make an ideal coil the 9/60 would
be more powerful. Notice I used the word IF. In practice the higher voltage
is more forgiving of losses.
