hummm...photocopier transformer TC power supply

Anyone here using the Photocopier transformers in series before for TC 
use??? I wonder how expensive they are? And can you plug them directly into 
120 V and get 4.5 to 5 Kv output at 400mA???

I may series 3 together under oil! 15 KVAC -at- 400 mA
