terry has put the pictures of the award on the sight, please don't laugh
too much. it looked better in my mind as i was thinking how to build it?
i put a blinking led under the glass ball on top, i wanted to use some
fiber optic strands sticking out of the topload to blink like simulated
streamers, but i haven't found any yet. i put some time into it but as i
said, it came out ?. the little nicola was a good find and a brass
plaque is going in the cut out area on the base. two AA batteries go in
the base for the led, should blink for a couple years? as of now the
blink looks like it floats inside the ball, i'll keep looking for some
strands for streamers.
