Jim, All,

Ban no, but the regulation is so tight, that registration and sanctioning by 
an authorized group like NASCAR, etc. is required. There are limitations placed
on the design parameters and the whole thing has gotten so expensive that no 
serious competitor can make a go of it without corporate sponsorship. I don't 
believe that's what we want to see is it?
