After just passing my second anniversary at my new country property, and
a summer of back-breaking hard work, I'm extremely pleased to announce
that my property (legal lot description Lot 31), with the installation
of newly completed, large scale Tesla coil handling equipment has been
officially declared the "Area-31 Testing Range"! 

O.K. so I admit I'm trying to get attention from a humorous parody to
the "Area-51" in Nevada, home of the world's best UFO conspiracy
theories! :)

With my home located right on the N.E. corner of Area-31, I'll be in a
great position to 'report' on goings on there.  So far I've observed
some pretty interesting technological activity there, usually
orchestrated under the cover of darkness!  I've observed lightning when
there have been no clouds in the area, let alone storms.  This certainly
sounds like the foundation for further unnecessary (but fun) local
folklore. : )

I've sent Chip some pictures of the new Area-31 Testing Range (from
those declassified that can be released to the public) for posting on
his home page. They should be up I guess in a few days, so check them
out!  : )

I look forward to 'reporting' on unusual activity as it is seen to
progress at Area-31 in the month's and years to come.  Stay tuned.
