Greetings,

The tesla list has gotten so big and busy that it is having a significant
impact on my ISP.  Rather than having my account closed, I've modified
things so that the tesla list messages go out at 2,3,and 4 am MST.

I believe that things are currently set up so that there will be no delays
other than the posting times.  In other words if you send a posting in it
should be ready for the moderator when he starts his run.

If there is someone who has a full time internet connection that can
provide mail relay services for me and the list please contact me.
