No, I don't have a great deal of experience with after market coils as far
as using
them for anything beyond their designed purpose. I do have an Accell in the
Dodge,
but of course not an HEI. Too bad, if I did, I would be tempted to put the
original
back in and tear apart the Accell. Your probably right about the price and
ease of
modification. It was just a thought on after market parts. BTW, can't wait
for you to
post on the success of #2.
