It's dependent on the individual xfmr. However, you can get a 100%
efficiency figure by calculating the va out (voltage * current, roughly, use
volts and amps or kV and mA, makes no difference), and dividing by your
local mains voltage. Then multiply by 2 to account-roughly again-for
transformer inefficiency.
