    I have gotten to the point that I have started to believe that unless
the whole system is running as a cooling/laser system it won't work at a
very high energy level anyway.  What I mean is water for lenses, water for
lasing, or some other pumpable fluid, or it just won't cut.  But as for
initiating a spark, I don't believe you would need to cut steel to do that,
and that an air cooled system would be sufficeint, although, it will require
at least a good fan.  I don't think you would need to have water pumping
through the lenses, or any other major compliment, outside of the power
supply, and variable trigger..
