	Standard operating condition for a short gap, easily
verified by experiment or simulation.  As the gap is lengthened
(and assuming transformer doesn't fail) it is possible to get
a single spark for every several half-cycles if the primary
tank capacitance is close to the resonant value.  An easy
way to observe this is to use a variac in the primary and crank
the voltage up just to the point where the gap breaks down.
